Holding Deposit Process
1. To hold a home, we take a Holding Deposit equal to 25% of one month’s rent.
2. We need all applications submitted for residents and co-signers.
3. The Holding Deposit Agreement will need to be signed.
4. Once 1, 2 and 3 are completed, this takes the home off the market for you while we complete screening.
4. Your Holding Deposit is applied to your refundable security deposit at move in.
5. If we deny your application, we refund your Holding Deposit in full.
6. If you change your mind or don’t complete your application within 48 hours, we may keep the Holding Deposit as outlined in the Holding Deposit Agreement.
