If you add the Owner Assurance Package with the Guarantee, we cover all lost rent and all legal/filing fees per eviction if the resident is removed by the Sheriff’s.
Conditions: we must use our screening criteria and lease; no owner price overrides; rent-reserve applied first; fraud or owner-caused breaches excluded.
NO SURPRISE REPAIR CREDIT GUARANTEEGuarantee
If you have a Preventative Maintenance Package and a covered item fails due to missed/deficient maintenance within 12 months. Then, we will credit up to $500 toward repair. Excludes pre‑existing damage, owner‑declined recommendations, and force majeure.

Pre-pay for the year, and have the ability to cancel Anytime, Anywhere, for Any reason and get all of your money back that was pre-paid to that point.
